Our mission is to promote professionalism in the field of volunteer management, advocate for issues concerning volunteerism and provide networking and educational training opportunities for the membership.
Denver DOVIA is the premier professional association for volunteer leaders, managers and administrators. DOVIA serves its members, nonprofits, and the volunteer community through advocacy, community awareness, education, and strengthening partnerships in the field of volunteer engagement.
DOVIA is a membership-based affiliation, and one of the country’s largest and most successful DOVIA chapters. Our goal is to provide a variety of ways to further your journey to excellence in volunteer engagement. Learn how we’ll do this with Flourish 2015:
Flourish 2015 represents our annual strategic planning process completed by the DOVIA Board of Directors and the DOVIA membership. It offers a road map for how to succeed in the coming year, including a clear definition of all our programs, our growing network, our membership process, and our goals and strategies to lead the DOVIAs of Colorado into a thriving 5th decade.
